Cancellation & Refund Policy

TUTORING SESSIONS

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your tutoring session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, AND/OR missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee. 

CLASSES

If you are unable to attend a class session you are currently enrolled in, please also provide @ least 24 hours' notice (if possible) if your child will not attend. If you are paying on a per day plan you WILL NOT be charged for the missed class. 

However, if you chose to pay for the trimester in full, please know that refunds for missed classes WILL NOT be provided. If you know your child may miss more than one class during the trimester, please consider the pay per day option.
